Acquiring a flat belly need not be expensive. Visit sites that claim to be able to help you lose stomach fat. They all tell you the same thing – exercise properly and adjust daily diet. Their exercise routines may vary. Their definition of the proper diet might not always agree. If you want a flat belly, you will try these suggestions and find out for yourself what works for you.

~Olive oil
~Whole-grain bread and cereal
~Extra protein from whey powder
