I am in constant stress because of my work and the effect of that is I lead an unhealthy diet filled with my comfort food like sweets and meat with lots of fat in order to cope. But then, I realized that it is already taking a toll on my body and I need to lead a healthier life and diet. I already started to eat right by eating vegetables and fruits.
