		<description>I have the hardest time with this.  I think I need to lose about 100 pounds, when I take into consideration all of those factors.  But, people look shocked when I say that.  They tell me I don't look it.  It's hard to know if they are just trying to be kind or if they really think that.  I do know that I carry my weight well, as far as appeances go.  But, I have difficulty even walking down the block at my current weight.  Still, 100 pounds does not seem reasonable.  When I look at it, it just seems to be too much.</description>

		<description>I know that one of my resolutions this year is to loose 25 pounds. 
Truly my goal weight requires much more weight loss but since last year my goal was to keep the 25 off that I had lost the year before I feel I am traveling down a path of success. Wish me luck.
I hope making a plan and following some of the advice on this site will help me on my journey to success and a healthier me.</description>
