Since the beginning of time one aspect of human social experience has stood out as the ‘place to be’ for communication and family bonding: the meal. In contemporary human life the evening dinner is often the only place and time that a family all sits down together. In tribal times (of course there are still tribes today) the cooking of a slaughtered animal or cultivated vegetables brought the group together to share ideas and feelings. Think about it these days; when you want to take someone out for a romantic date, meet business colleagues, get together with old friends and acquaintances, we go out for a bite to eat. What is it about sharing some food that puts us in such a relaxed and communicable state? Could it simply be science, and the fact that if you are tense when you eat, the food doesn’t digest as well? Or, could it have some psychological basis having to do with the idea that you are sharing some life-giving sustenance with your fellow species instead of warring over it? Subconsciously do we recognize the facts that we will be able to live another day as well as sew healthy seeds for future generations?

I’m not sure who was creative enough to make the acronym work, but work it does and it can fit in quite nicely with your fitness goals.
If you want to succeed you need to get SMART about your goals.
SMART is a great way to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.

Serious runners and walkers eventually turn to treadmill workouts so that they can exercise safely and conveniently at any time of day or night in their own homes. Fitness experts agree that one of the best ways to get in shape and stay that way is by running or walking every day, but the reality is that it isn’t always safe or practical to do so on “the open road.” If your free time is in the early morning or late at night, or your route is by a roadway where there is heavy or high-speed traffic, your most important goal may become getting home alive, which misses the point of the whole thing. Also, it isn’t fun or sensible to run in the snow, sleet, hail, rain, or the blazing sun. A treadmill workout is the answer to all these problems.

I am somebody who has had an ongoing battle with my weight for most of my life. I have to be very careful what I eat as I seem to gain weight very easily. I have tried many diets, however I wanted to find a way of losing weight without having to starve myself or drink horrible milkshakes etc.
I have known and worked with many people and have been amazed at how much they seem to be able to eat without getting fat. I am sure I eat half as much as these people but am still twice their size, it is not fair!

How much will power does it take in order to go through the torment of weight loss? Though the answer to weight loss varies from each individual, all it takes is the correct attitude, admitting to yourself that you do have the desire of letting lose the unwanted pounds.
For years, people all over may have experienced the defeat from their own lack of self-will, thinking that weight loss is not worth the pain. But does weight loss entirely has to be something mentally agonizing? It’s almost like giving up on the concept of eating, but not to the extreme like ending up being a bulimic.
