South Beach diet

Live well and love what you eat. Using practical, flexible, easy and effective plans, the South Beach diet is the key to lose weight before maintaining a healthier lifestyle. It is divided into three phases:

~Phase 1 lasts for two weeks. It is designed to eliminate cravings for sugar and refined starches and kick-start weight loss ~Phase 2 is aimed to produce a long-term and steady weight loss. You have to stay in this phase until you reach a healthy weight. ~Phase 3 is the lifestyle phase where you’ll eat and live well for 365 days every year to keep your new, healthy weight.

dumbbell sets

There are people who claim that the body size doubles when a person suddenly stops going to the gym. I have witnessed friends and relatives who quickly lost their weight and immediately gained it back with extra poundage when they discontinued their aerobics and gym workouts. There is no urban legend behind it, a friend said she just eat like she used to do. What is missing though is the constant activity that helps burn the calories from her food intake.

When you decide to quit the gym, engaged in other calorie-burning activities to avoid regaining the pounds you’ve already lost. Owning a treadmill machine and dumbbell sets are not enough. You have to actually use it by establishing a regular routine that works for you. Since the routine may not be as strenuous as the ones you used to do inside the gym, try to complement it a proper diet. Checking the nutrition index of food labels can greatly help you in monitoring your calorie intake. Lastly, stick to the calorie count appropriate to your body size and weight.

herbal weight loss

I have tried different methods of losing weight. Someone gave me some herbal tablets a few months ago. At first I was hesitant about going herbal since I’m a hypoallergenic person. To me, herbal means more potent. If a regular supplement doesn’t agree with you, a herbal supplement can make it worse. I was very careful and did a lot of research on herbal weight loss systems.

I heard a lot of horror stories about weight pills and some other Chinese miracle drug. I had officemates who took them and swear by it. They did loss the weight but they didn’t look healthy. I needed an herbal weight loss system that will maintain my endurance and power. Thanks to the vast information that I’ve gathered on the net, I was able to find the kind of weight loss system that really works for me.
