My friend and I decided that this year we would lose weight. We both enrolled in a gym near our office. We both hardly go to the gym. I find myself often too busy to go the gym. I also have a lot of excuses for not going to the gym. Since I am still determined to lose weight, I have now resorted to diet pills.
I have tried diet pills in the past, some of them actually work. Fortunately, I never experienced any side effects. There are different kinds of diet pills; some of them are fat burners and others work to suppress your appetite. So far the fat burners have worked for me. I love to eat so I’m not really sure if the appetite suppressants will work on me. I keep a box of chocolate chip cookie in my office drawer; I haven’t lost my appetite for them. I guess I will have to give the fat burners another try. I don’t seem to get any results from the appetite suppressants.
Recently, more and more researchers have supported the use of Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture weight loss. This form of health regimen stimulates the body to release endorphins, which leads to loss of appetite. Losing appetite then means avoidance in eating excessively.
Overweight patients when consulting acupuncturists, are frequently asked variety of questions. They also take an examination to further understand the main causes of their excess weight. Some of these causes can be behavioral or physiological in nature. At times, they can be a combination of the two. When the root of the patient’s problem is identified, the acupuncturist will then insert needles into different areas of the body. This treatment helps improve the body’s functions in such a way that will promote weight loss.
