Start a weight loss program, help identify your food allergies and increase your energy. These can be achieved by going on a “cleanse” or detox diet. It can also help clear up skin conditions, GI disorders and sinus issues. Before starting on a weight loss regimen, go on a detox diet first for a week or two to help your body get ready.

Clear up various symptoms of food allergies like gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, chronic sinus infections and low energy. A cleansing diet will help eliminate the symptoms. Get regular acupuncture treatments during a cleanse. It will directly tap internal organs to function more efficiently and speed up the detoxification process.
