Want to lose weight without having to take any kind of pill? Join Weight Watchers. As the name implies, you basically watch your weight. You do this by counting your food “points” or your caloric intake per day. All you need is a huge amount of willpower and a good dose of discipline.

The weight loss will be gradual and natural. There’s also a huge network of support groups. You will not go through your weight loss alone. Plus, Weight Watchers actually encourages you to eat. They only ask you to stick to the daily allotted points.
