Daily exercise is an important factor in any healthy diet or lifestyle for that matter. Whether you are looking to tone or make up for lost years exercise helps in many ways including:
- Exercise helps to control your weight and keeps you in good shape
- reduces stress
- helps control blood pressure
- reduces the risk of Coronary Heart Disease
- reduces the risk of certain cancers
- helps with your mobility, even later in life
For most just being able to get up in the middle of the day and be motivated to get outside and enjoy the weather is going to be a considerable benefit as opposed to their current habits. Exercising alone reduces your risks for CHD by half, which is a major health concern in this country.
Exercising should not be an activity, but the more and more technologically advanced we get the more we stray away from exercising a healthy amount. Also getting away and being able to get your mind off the current day will enable you to be more productive once you are able to get back to work.
