I like using the seated calf machine in my gym. I feel it really helping develop my leg muscles. I strained my leg at a basketball game some time ago, and my trainer recommended that I do a few moderate cycles on this machine.I can say that it helped rehabilitate my injured leg. I was able to go back to playing basketball in a few months. Now, I try to get on the machine whenever I can to build up my leg strength.
