Everybody needs to exercise. Keeping fit is one way to keep diseases such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and hypertension at bay. Everybody should fit in some exercise during their daily activities. Some easy calorie-burning moves include:
Walking or cycling instead of driving a car.Using the stairs instead of an elevator if you are only going up one or two floors.Doing some extra gardening or housework. For those who want to have a more power-packed routine, they may enroll in a gym, take up vigorous sports, or invest in home workout machines, such as the exercise resistance tube.
