Losing weight, especially the cellulite, can be a daunting task especially if you have to shell out enormous sums of money for weight-loss programs that sometimes don’t even give you value for your money. Trim off excess pounds and flab by going on a belly fat diet at home. Just follow these simple steps:

~Drink a glass of water right after you wake up to start your body’s metabolism and cleansing process.
~Eat a big breakfast that consist of organic fruits, raw butter, raw milk, plain yogurt, wild smoked salmon and organic beef, chicken or lamb. You can also take limited amounts of tuna, sardines, eggs, tomatoes, carrots and vegetables as well as natural juices and real tea.
~Drink 8 glasses of distilled water everyday to flush out toxins from fat cells
~Eat organic grapefruit all day as it has an enzyme that burns fat
~Do not use aspartame or any artificial sweeteners
~Absolutely veer away from monosodium glutamate (MSG) because they increase your craving for food
