Being overweight is very unhealthy. You feel sluggish most of the time, you can’t move as fast as you’d want to and you feel physically unattractive. Although people have been trying to find out how to lose weight quickly, it is easier said than done. While there are a lot of things one can do to shed pounds faster, fad diets, pills, and fasting may pose risks.
Quick weight loss methods may cause dieters to lose muscle as well as injure the heart and other organs. It is not advisable to go for overnight miracles. Instead, follow these steps to losing fat in a healthy manner:~Determine your calorie intake and eat low-fat foods~Go over your list and decide which foods to cut out or reduce~Find alternatives to the unhealthy foods you identified~Plan your meals and watch your portion sizes~Eat more fiber and drink plenty of water~Exercise regularly to burn off excess calories~Get enough rest every night~Be realistic, stay disciplined, be consistent, and have self-motivation
