There are so many ab exercises, ab machines and even pills that promise a smaller waist and well-defined abs. Some work and some don’t. It can be hard to tell which ones are really effective. Don’t rely on TV ads and infomercials. Go to your nearest gym and talk to a personal trainer.
Ask your trainer to design you a program that will help you get your six-pack. They will not just give you ab exercises but a complete workout. You need to exercise your whole body to be able to get the body that you want. There are no shortcuts here. You really have to work hard and put in the hours in the gym. And after a few months, you will be glad that you did all that work.
