Exercise is anybody activity to maintain physical fitness and overall health. We do exercise to strengthen and tone our muscles and improve our cardiovascular system. Daily exercise strengthens our immune system as well not to mention losing weight or just maintaining it. Helps prevent heart disease, cardiovascular disease and even obesity. Exercise can be hard work but it may not be, as our daily exercise routine can just simply be our work at home.
Here are some tips before you start your daily exercise routine at home:* Talk to your family doctor as they know the history of your illness if ever you have one* Keep a daily exercise journal* Have your friends join you in your exercise routine for you to enjoy it* Shop for your clothes and shoes appropriate for your routine.
