When you can’t fit into your newest T-shirt, you wonder if you had gained weight. You try again and find that it is too tight around the abdomen. Sorry to say, but you are developing a beer belly. Of course you will not admit that you have been unkind to your body lately. But you are convinced that something must be done.
Exercise is the best way to get rid of beer belly. Crunches and sit-ups are not fun to do but if that’s what it takes, then do them. They say that fat in the abs is the hardest to remove. You will be disappointed that with all the hard work that you have done, you have not achieved your goal. When this happens, re-assess your program. It might just be that you had been doing the exercise that is not right for your body.
