I pretty much work my nose to the bone from Mondays to Fridays so I can look for ways to relax and unwind during the weekends. Most people would think that exercising is not at all what relaxing means. I tell them it is when you submerge yourself in an exercise spa. Seems like an oxymoron, right? Wrong.
An exercise spa allows you to submerge yourself in a relaxing “pool” of water that can also help stimulate your muscles. You can either swim your worries away or let the water pummel them out of you. I’ve tried it a couple of times and every time I do, I always come out refreshed and ready to battle another work week. All you have to do to be convinced is to try it. Let the exercise spa work its magic on you.
