It’s not only athletes who need to stay in shape with a regular regimen. Establishing a regular routine is recommended by doctors and health experts as an effective way of losing weight, keeping your muscles firm, and reducing many health risks, such as heart attacks and bad effects of stress.
If you can’t go to the gym regularly, don’t fret. You can be creative with how you set your exercise. There are many machines you can have at home, such as treadmills, wall mounted chin up bar, or even something as simple as a trampoline. The routine can start from simple exercises, like using a step machine at home and brisk walking, before moving on to more physical activities like running and lifting dumbbells, while gradually increasing the weight of the dumbbell as you go along. Complement your exercise with a change in diet. Switching to healthy eating habits can also start with your daily routine. Start swapping fast food with homemade meals and ditch sweets for fruits and more veggies.
