Mixed martial arts is getting more popular these days. Soon it will outperform boxing in popularity. As a result, more and more people are practicing martial arts to get fit. If you plan to compete in this sport, you must build strength without losing flexibility or adding excess bulk. One way to do that is to do Kettlebell exercises.
Kettlebell exercises were popularized by the Russians. It’s like a cannon ball with a handle. It’s a weighted ball that has a handle so you can hoist, lift, swing or throw. People favor it over machines because it gives you more range of motions. People prefer it more than dumbbells because it’s more unstable to carry. Being unstable you need to incorporate more muscles to properly carry it. The result is a better workout.
