It’s time to bring out your swimsuits. Summer is around the corner. It’s also time to get in shape. One of the best way to get in shape is to do push ups. It won’t cost you anything, it’s free. If you want to vary the push up get push up bars.
I like doing push ups. If I don’t have time to do a proper workout, I just drop down to the floor and do 50. Push up bars allows me to work other muscle groups besides the mid pectoral muscle. You can work the upper and lower pectoral muscle and even the triceps. Also, with push up bars you can work your core strength and stability.
