Don’t forget to exercise even while you’re on vacation. This will keep your strength up and won’t let all those great food melt and become fat for your belly. If you can’t find a gym nearby, make do with a resistance band that will serve you well. It can be fun and convenient when you’re away from home.
There are several advantages to using resistance bands:~They will fit much easier in your luggage compared with the heavier free weights~During exercise, resistance is maintained through every part of the motion unlike in similar free weight exercises that are actually non performing work during parts of the lift when movement is not against gravity at a large enough angle~When training, every part of both the concentric and eccentric part of the exercise has resistance which results in better range of motion strength and more complete stimulation.
