Most people work hard all their lives so that they will have an easy time in their twilight years. This dream they often achieve. Unfortunately, most people work too hard and neglect their health. As a result most seniors in their golden years have the money to live well but don’t have the health to live it. Most already have 5-10 years of health problems history before they retire.
The golden years are meant to be enjoyed. This is very hard to do if you have underlying health concerns. What most people don’t realize is you lose muscle strength and fitness after the age of 25. If you don’t exercise or practice a fitness regimen, you’ll have the strength of a 70 year old at 50. How then can you enjoy a trip to Europe when most 50 year old people can’t walk 2 flights of steps without breathing hard?
