Leptin is a hormone that helps you lose weight. It can control your appetite, metabolism and energy levels. So Leptin is really an important hormone to have when you are trying to lose weight.

Many overweight and obese people have tried countless diets in their effort to lose weight. Some are successful but some are not, especially if they have other medical conditions that will not support their weight loss. But they also have to consider their physical fitness activity as well. You cannot expect to lose weight just by dieting. Exercise is an important factor as well. Just make sure that you consult your doctor before engaging in any diet or exercise program.
