You might already be aware that weight loss can happen by harnessing the power of natural herbs. These are already being marketed in the form of natural weight loss supplements. Natural herbs such as green tea and hoodia are claimed to be effective. Ephedra, cayenne and bitter orange are also being mentioned. We are not sure about the efficacy of these products.
What we are sure about is that the safest way to lose weight is to review your lifestyle and make healthy adjustments. Review your diet. Lean towards fruits and vegetables because the fiber content will be an effective weight loss factor. Eat more fish. The omega 3 fatty acids will be another factor. And don’t forget about exercise.
