In the three years that I’ve been in a committed relationship with my girlfriend, Claudia, I bear witness to her numerous diet fads and discontinued exercise regimens. Claudia is not at all overweight but since she rarely exercises, her muscles lack toning. Claudia’s worst frustration is being unable to shed the last 15-20lbs from her weight. She is more frustrated now because we are scheduled to attend a March wedding where most of her old high school friends would be present.
I’ve tried to support her in her fight against the unwanted 15-20lbs by watching what she eats, joining her at the gym, and encouraging her to do more physical activities. At first, she would be zealous at the task but after a few weeks, she’d start becoming lax and then stop altogether. After some time passes, she’d find another diet to try and the cycle begins again. This weekend, I’m going over to her apartment with an ultimatum. I will tell her to stick with the new popular diet I found and shed off those unwanted pounds or stop trying and see how beautiful she already is. If she doesn’t, she’s on her own. I’ve gotten her the new Hollywood Cookie Diet that Kelly Clarkson endorses. I’m hoping this would help shed the unwanted pounds at least until after the March wedding. Please cross your fingers with me.
When most people think of diets they think of counting carbohydrates, liquid fasts and other ridiculously agonizing weight-loss methods. However, there is a diet out there that allows you to eat cookies; in fact, the diet is based around cookies. Are you salivating yet?
The Hollywood cookie diet is a delicious weight-loss system that takes effect on your body in just weeks, not months. Plus, you actually get to enjoy what you eat while losing the pounds. I know that if I was allowed to east cookies all day and lose weight, I’d be one happy camper.
