This exercise instrument is one of the simplest. You can set up a pull up bar on the doorway. It is a convenient way to spend a few minutes daily for pull bar exercises. If the doorway is wide enough at 24 – 32 inches across and with a sturdy framework, it will be an ideal place to set up a pull up bar. You can find pull up bar kits that are easy to install.
After installing, test for strength by performing a few pull ups. Test it a few more times. And then the area around should be inspected to make sure that your weight has not damaged the frame. If there are signs of deformity or cracking, do not attempt to continue use. If there are none, then go ahead with your chin up and other exercises.
