I’m a triathlete that is little on the heavy side. I need to take out around 20 pounds to reach my full potential. It’s so hard to bike and run when I’m carrying an extra 20 pounds. It’s like carrying another bike (a good bike weights around 20 pounds) I race. Since I’m training all the time, I need a natural weight loss system that won’t zap my power and endurance.
Actually, I’m halfway there. Prior to being a triathlete, I was a heavy 199 pounds. In six months of training and watching what I eat, I lost 20 pounds. Now I can’t take off the last 20 pounds no matter how hard I train. I really need to watch what I eat and make sure that I eat healthy. That is the essence of natural weight loss–eating healthy and regular work out.
