Losing weight was a challenge. I was getting sicker by the minute, but I couldn’t control my eating habits. It was until that fateful day when I found out that my liver was on the verge of failure that I changed. I had to figure out how to lose weight fast. It was that, or I end up at the hospital and taking a lot of medicines enough to supply a drug store.
I went to visit a nutritionist and we determined my calorie intake. He told me to keep track of what I eat, and determine what I should cut back on. He emphasized on planning my meals, watching my servings, eating a lot of fiber and drinking a lot of water. Next, he told me to ask for help in making an exercise routine which I should follow without fail. He also told me to be confident that I will lose weight. I’ve been in this weight-loss program for two weeks now, and I must say, it’s working quite well.
