We have scaled the highest mountain. We have gone to the moon and back. But even in this hi tech world we are still at a lost on how to lose weight. It’s a nagging problem that has hounded humanity almost since the start of civilization itself. If you want to do it safely, natural weight loss is how to do it.
Natural weight loss can occur through exercise and proper eating habits or a combination or both. I’ve tried dieting and exercising to drop weight. The best for me is the combination of both. I exercise regularly and do portion control. It works. So far I’ve dropped close to 35 pounds in 6 months. 35 pounds may not seem much if you weight around 300 to 300 up pounds. I came from 200 to 165. I’m smaller now than when I was in college (178).
